Davis Innovations understands organizations and organizational cultures. DI staff work directly with state and federal agencies, non-profit organizations, tribal governments, associations, and coalition administrators and staff to evaluate each agency's organizational effectiveness, success, and opportunities for growth. DI staff are acutely aware of the many different but related issues involved in changing and redesigning organizations to improve their effectiveness. DI works with organizations to examine who they are, why they exist, who they serve, what is their purpose, how to evaluate their internal and external systems and services, and what, if any, design and change needs to occur.
