- Conducted a comprehensive evaluation of a multi-year Violence Prevention Forum.
- Conducted a comprehensive evaluation of the Second Step: A Violence Prevention Curriculum, a science-based prevention program for Kindergarten through 3rd grade students.
- Designed and implemented a community based, dropout prevention program that returned over 500 students who had dropped out or left school.
- Created violence in the workplace awareness project.
