Mark Boschelli has a Masters degree in Counseling Psychology and is licensed as an independent professional clinical counselor, and also a licensed drug and alcohol addiction counselor in the state of New Mexico. In 1985, Mark started his professional psychology career in Illinois on one of the first crisis hotline linked mobile psychiatric crisis intervention teams in the nation. It was awarded the National Award for Significant Achievement in the Field of Psychiatry from the American Psychiatric Association. He has been the clinical director of Crisis Response of Santa Fe (CRSF) since its inception in 1997. Mark supervises the licensed counselors on the hotline and the mobile crisis teams of Crisis Response. Mark also is the clinical director of the Santa Fe Community Guidance Center, the community mental health center for the County of Santa Fe. In addition, he clinically directs two behavior health centers for adolescents co-located at the two public high schools in Santa Fe. Mark has published professional journal articles and has presented the model of CRSF at numerous conferences including to the government of Australia in 2000. Currently, Mark is pursuing his doctorate in Counseling Education at the University of New Mexico.
Mary E. Bradshaw, MS, has more than twenty years of clinical, financial, and managerial experience in business and human services. She is a New Mexico independent Licensed Clinical Counselor (LPCC). She assists non-profit organizations provide more effective services through sound, and efficient management. She specializes in resource development, fiscal management, and accreditation.
Katie Bridgewater joined Davis Innovations in 2004. Katie has extensive experience in researching and planning public health related topics with both government and non-profit organizations. She served as Executive Director of the Family Strengths Network and as the Graduate Program Coordinator for the University of California at Santa Barbara. Katie earned a bachelor's degree from Eastern Washington University.
Delia Carper is a registered and licensed New Mexico dietician specializing in diabetes education and prevention. Delia has extensive experience as a clinical dietician and food service manager at multiple hospitals throughout New Mexico. She specializes in diabetes education and living with diabetes. Delia has developed diabetes classes, in-services for doctors and nurses, diabetes educational materials, and she has worked closely with diverse patients to develop individualized meal and exercise plans. She holds a master's degree in nutrition/dietetics and a bachelor's degree in biology, physiology, and zoology. Delia is also a certified Corrective Holistic Exercise Kinesiologist (CHEK) practitioner and a CHEK Nutrition and Lifestyle Coach.
Virginia Daniels, Ph.D., has more than twenty years experience administering health, education, and behavioral health programs and research projects. Much of Virginia's administrative responsibility entailed working with Native people in their respectful reservations and at community-level colleges. A member of the Navajo Tribe, Virginia has valuable knowledge and experience in many aspects of working with diversified populations in community settings. Virginia earned her doctorate in Clinical Psychology from California School of Professional Psychology in San Diego, California.
Melissa Bunnell Mitchell, Senior Research Associate, joined Davis Innovations in 1999. Melissa is a licensed clinical social worker with a strong emphasis in substance abuse and crisis intervention. She has served as the Counseling Director of a non-profit adolescent service agency, a former member of the Crisis Response of Santa Fe and Clinical Director of a non-profit adolescent treatment center. Melissa has provided critical incident debriefing in a variety of traumatic events that
resulted in the loss of life and property including: the tragic Cerro
Grande/Los Alamos wildfires, fatal bus crash, missing children, suicide,
etc. Areas of technical expertise include onsite crisis assessment,
evaluation, prevention, intervention, case management, counseling, and
grant writing. She holds a Master of Social Work from Ohio State University. |
